Exceptional
The room was really comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, as well as the pools. The staff was really thoughtful throughout our stay at the hotel. At our last day there, we got food poisioning from a boat tour we did, so we extended our stay for one more night. The staff went above and beyond helping us through it, sending breakfast directly to the room, making soup, and giving us directions for pharmacies and clinics nearby.

It was okay. Definitely good value. They are trying their best

Needs a spruce up! Room had a lacked lustre had a sterile cold feeling to it. Bathroom not the nicest. In general, average. And looking tired. Large room though. Hard bed. Room was nothing special. Needs refurbishing! Tv small. While It was all okay.. it still wasn’t quite at my standard. I prefer a bit more of a luxurious feel. And cleaners could do a better job too. Didn’t sweep the floor when they made our room up. Did bare minimum. It’s probably good enough for families with kids. The biggest issue I had was while it was short walking distances to beach and restaurants, crossing the roads to get there was kinda scary (lots of traffic) and there not much footpath. So I didn’t enjoy that aspect.. but that can’t be helped I guess.
